



The 25° Of Stability™ Introduction is a detailed presentation that explains the foundationand structure of the nine-week program. The program is divided into three intentional phases, each lasting three weeks.
The first three weeks focus on stretching the body and understanding how physical
movement connects to awareness and discipline. The next three weeks explore the inner self, strengthening the spiritual and mental connection within. This phase is not tied to any specific religion, but instead focuses on helping each participant understand their inner design, beliefs, and personal alignment in a way that respects all backgrounds.
The final three weeks are centered on self-conquering where the physical and inner work
come together to guide participants toward greater clarity, purpose, and alignment with
their higher self.
